When it comes to taking care of your web site requirements, you can always count on your needs being met in a timely manner. 

Have you found yourself frustrated as you wait for your web site to be modified, built to your specs, domain name to be registered, renewed or transferred, your hosting account modified to meet your growing needs?  Are you still waiting by the phone for your webmaster to return your call?

If a company claims they have too many clients to take care of your web site maintenance, hosting and domains within 24 hours, then they are unwisely either over-extending their capabilities or are just plain lying to cover up the their own immaturity.  (On the rare occasion there may be legitimate delays due to a health crisis, of course.) There are a lot of game players out there and many business owners discover they are in a tug-of-war of on-going lame excuses with their webmaster.

When do you cut your losses and run?  It is NOT going to get better tomorrow, next week, or next month. You don't deserve to be led around by the nose by these manipulators.  You deserve service, integrity and eagerness on the part of your web team to serve your needs first and foremost!

Our webmasters have served in the offices CEO's of large companies like Alcan, Whirlpool, Calgon as well as various marketing firms handling products like Coca-Cola and Taco Bell; they have served for the Department of Defence with Public Affairs for decades; they have worked with newspapers, TV, and radio reporters while serving their employers; they build servers, wire, develop and network them for businesses, their graphic artistry have been called upon by the Pentagon as well as Forscom here in Atlanta.

We stomp it out, toss it around between us, and shoot it up to the web.  BOOM!  You are there!  You are awesome!  Then we happily tweak until we are all satisfied .. for now.  But 12 years of experience in the internet industry have shown us that no real web site is ever "done" but is a work in progress.  Any web site that is unchanged for 2 years is dead in the water.  We expect that - in fact we urge that your web site be updated.
